We came to Surfside Beach from upstate New York to find a second home for the winter months. Jean Schmaus was referred to us by a New York agency. Jean picked us up at our hotel and within minutes we felt very welcomed and comfortable. Even though we weren't looking at high dollar realty she treated us like millionaires. With us closing out of state Jean was instrumental throughout the closing process. To top it off she even had the heat turned up for our arrival.
