When we decided to look at condos, Jean happened to have one listed that we wanted to tour. There was an immediate connection with her because she is warm, friendly, witty and down to earth! While we did not get the one she had listed, she helped us get a fabulous deal on another condo in Surfside Beach. HIGHLY recommend her!!!!

We came to Surfside Beach from upstate New York to find a second home for the winter months. Jean Schmaus was referred to us by a New York agency. Jean picked us up at our hotel and within minutes we felt very welcomed and comfortable. Even though we weren't looking at high dollar realty she treated us like millionaires. With us closing out of state Jean was instrumental throughout the closing process. To top it off she even had the heat turned up for our arrival. Jean is a true professional and comes highly recommended by us.
